ALHAMBRA, California - InterBusiness Bank, N.A. aka Tomatobank, Los Angeles' leading multi-ethnic small business bank, is pleased to announce the opening of its new corporate headquarters in Alhambra. With renovations completed, Tomatobank will host a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, May 6. Joining the Tomatobank family at the grand opening will be customers, residents and local dignitaries.

Remaining true to its multi-ethnic roots, Tomatobank's new headquarters was designed and blessed by a feng shui master. The new facility acts as home to Tomatobank's senior management team, a retail branch and commercial lending operations.

Since its inception in 2000, Tomatobank has met both customer and shareholder expectations. Tomatobank's primary objectives have been to meet, on a consistent basis, the needs of both our customers and our shareholders. We take pride in having achieved our goals over the years and we are excited about our future,¡± said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Stephen Liu. The new facility provides Tomatobank with the tools needed to continue to excel and exceed expectations.

With total assets exceeding $300 million, Tomatobank's growth rate has consistently surpassed 35% per year and net income has increased more than 50% per year, including an 85% increase in 2005 over 2004 which resulted in a return on average assets of 1.75%. In the first quarter of 2006, Tomatobank experienced growth of 20% and a 50% increase in earnings over first quarter 2005!

Tomatobank has assembled a first-rate management team that is both capable and eager to continue growing and maintaining our position as Los Angeles' leading multi-ethnic small business bank. Our success will continue based upon our productive multi-ethnic niche, strong capital, quality assets and supercharged human capital, said Dr. Liu.

The Bank has been active in the local community. To celebrate the event Tomatobank will announce a $50,000 grant to the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce Charity Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides programs for at-risk youth.
